Job description

Identify and support potential coaches and help to develop their selling skills to be successful coaches

Plan, coordinate and execute training for Coaches

Collaborate with upper management to achieve operational objectives by contributing information, recommending action plans, identifying trends, determining marketing improvements, etc.

Responsible for providing upper management with daily, weekly and monthly reporting to show progress and map out future plans and sales forecasting

Strategize with Coaches on growth initiatives and help them achieve their sales goals

Other duties

Requirements

2+ years of experience in field of development, leading and training in Direct Sales

Fluent in English

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Managerial experience

Attention to detail

Interest in healthy lifestyle, sports, nutrition would be an advantage
